Miss Megara Madison takes her title as The World's Most Annoying English Bulldog very seriously. She goes out of her way to knock things over, leaves slobber all over the floor, blows snot out of her nose onto my computer screen, and generally does exactly what she wants no matter what anyone says.
Except, for some odd reason, she will listen to the short person in this house. She won't do actual commands or anything; that would just be silly. But, if the short person wants to, I don't know, maybe lure the snoring couch potato into her play house? All the short person has to do is pick a few tomatoes. Meg will follow her anywhere while she's holding tomatoes.
I need to figure out how to harness the power of the tomato toting Toddler.
(Thanks for picking up my slack, Mr. Husband.)

If you figure out how to harness that tomato toting power can you PLEASE let me know? I need some of it to convince my children to go the heck to sleep at a normal hour.
ReplyDeletePlease?
all hail the tomato toting toddler.
ReplyDeletewith that power, she can rule the world!
How adorable is THAT? Meg likes tomatoes, huh? My dog does too. But Patches isn't fond of the plastic ones typically found in toddler play houses. :)
ReplyDeleteKudos to Mr. Husband!
the 2nd pic...
ReplyDeletefantastic
"I don't know...she had food in her hand. Seemed like a good idea at the time."
Awww...I think it's more about the hugs than the tomatoes. Well, possibly? That's so darn cute!
ReplyDeleteHow cute is all that? And are her eyes still red? With the same unresolved problem? Yikes - who are you trying to be? Me?
ReplyDeleteI love kids and dogs together. That Meg is a cutie. Oh and I guess the kid is cute too. Loved the hug.
ReplyDeleteMeg has a very silly tail, doesn't she? It's funny how bulldog tails are all so different. Lily has one that we can a "scrap-of-fat" tail because it's just like a fat stubby squiggle. Bodhi has more of a tight, screw-tail that looked like a Dairy Queen ice cream cone when he was a puppy. Took him forever to learn to wag that little cone.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing Meg with us - Peace - D
oh puppy! what a cute little hug!
ReplyDeleteI'm loving her little Hines Ward shirt. Now how friggin cute.
ReplyDeleteawwww....love that last shot!
ReplyDeleteSeriously cute! cute!
ReplyDeleteAnd you can keep the bulldog. Hubby wants one, but no, no, and again I say "no."
Hmmm... I wonder what I can do with the power of tomatoes around my house. I'll have to try it sometime. Maybe I can get the husband to put his clothes in the hamper. I am excited about the possibilities.
ReplyDeleteNothing quite like a girl and her dog. They are really adorable!
ReplyDeleteTomato power, huh? I just love that she's wearing a mini-me Hines Ward shirt. LOVE IT!

ReplyDeleteI love that last one--and if you can harness the energy of a toddler, you will have solved all energy issues :)

ReplyDeleteI love how Meg can take up the whole freaking house on her own. Teehee.
ReplyDeleteAwww that one of them hugging is so cute!!!
ReplyDeleteMeg is so beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThat is some serious crusties on that full-on bulldog face. She's gorgeous. Amazing how toddlers have control like that, isn't it? Amazing? No, scratch that. It's sickening.
ReplyDeleteThat girlie and her dog are soooo cute!
ReplyDeleteMy english Gus used to have a mind of her own too. She was the runt of the litter so she was very small all and we didn't deal with the drooling. One thing that she did do was on walks she would decide she was done half way through and just lay down. There was no moving her. We would have to carry her home.. But it was all worth it.
ReplyDeleteHow cute are those two!?!
ReplyDeleteSeriously? You're KILLING me with the cuteness in this post.
ReplyDeleteHow could a dog resist the close to the floor food toting toddlers?Seriously my daughter will feed every dog she comes in contact with.
ReplyDeleteThose pictures are so cute!
Very Inspiring!!
ReplyDeleteCute...the toddler not the dog. LOL
ReplyDeleteI happen to find both of your gals to be sweet and perty.
ReplyDeleteThat shot of Meg's face is so "May I help you?" LOL! And tomatoes?? Our dogs will eat everything BUT tomatoes.
