WOOHOO! That is AWESOME news! I can't wait to read all about the 'projects' in the new house. We bought a foreclosure and while the improvements have cost a bit more than planned, it has been a lot of fun making it 'ours'. If you count replacing the furnace and the hot water heater fun.

YEAH! Home improvements is my passion...Not! We just bought a house it was a fixer upper...and by fixer upper I mean the money pit..Also my husband and I have been spending WAY too much time together...lol. I hope you guys have Loads of fun redoing..I can no longer call it remodeling! I also hope your new home does not have the same "Curse" that ours seems to have..we are thinking about having an exorcism for the house!

So jealous. Our house has been for sale since August. Send some good vibes our way. We really do have to move this August for The Job.
I enjoying reading your blog; love the photos - my kids have about 3 pics to chronicle their entire childhood.

Good luck with the house! You've reminded me how grateful I am that we live in a neighborhood that isn't affected by real estate trends.
