I don't know who the child was that just toddled up to me and asked to please take a nap, but she smelled like pineapple. She was about 2 1/2 feet tall and wearing jeans and a t-shirt. Holy crap what is with today? My two did the same thing about ten min. ago! I think this may be the invasion of the body snatchers! I'm a little freaked out!
ReplyDeleteThat is way too weird. I never would have thought the words "Sleep, please. Nap time." could come out of any child's mouth, and certainly not three in one day.

ReplyDeleteKaren, if I knew what caused the spontaneous nap request, I would mass produce it, put it in bottles, and make millions. But you better believe I will be making her the EXACT same lunch tomorrow in hopes of a repeat. Morningstar faux chicken strips, sugar snap peas, pineapple, and milk may be the trick.
