I am rooting for the Steelers in honor of you and Alexis! I am even a little excited about watching the football that they apparently play between the commercials - who knew?!

And thank goodness you added some credits . . . I was a little worried the heavy breathing might have been courtesy of your other half.

  8. Wow! We thought it was a feat to teach Ashlyn to say Roethlisberger- but that is nothing compared to Alexis! Very cute video!!

    Go Steelers!!

  12. Love it! Although she did have a little trouble paying attention with the hockey game on in the background...especially during the Kennedy fight.

  13. Ok - so - that was so cute that I almost died. And wtf - sportscasters need to learn how to pronounce the guy's name. How can you have a job as a sportscaster if you can't say names?

  14. The best part? The hockey game in the background. Why, because the world doesn't need any more Steeler fans!!!!!

    (From a Ravens fan ;-P

  15. That is too cute - even my hubby watched and laughed.

And I agree, pink jerseys are not proper Steelers attire. Unfortunately, my non- Burgh relatives didn't get the memo. Both girls will be attired in pink Steelers wear today. They both had proper black and gold at the beginning of the season but managed to outgrow it. And I've been too cheap to replace it. Sigh...please don't report me to CYF.

  16. Too cool! And she's so right about the pink jerseys! No-no-no!

Good job, little lady! Go Steelers!

I loved this. She pronounces Polamalu better than many adults. Also, she is absolutely correct about the pink jerseys.

  18. That is so Pittsburgh. And just about the cutest thing I've seen.
Wonder how many Cardinal kids can do the same.
My guess. A big fat Zero!!!
She's going to be one happy girl tonight.
    Here we go!

  23. So. Freaking. Cute.

Finally decided to de-lurk, I've been reading your blog for awhile.

Also, apparently I'm the only person in Dallas who loves the Steelers. So sad, but oh well!

I'm so glad Meg got her credit there at the end. You had mine trying to say Pollymollylu. I asked him if he could say it right and he just pointed to Alexis and said it her way. I think you are recruiting a new Steeler nation via the blog. Well done. They owe you royalties.

  27. That was AWESOME!! Wish I had a terrible towel last night. I was the only one rooting for the Steelers at a party full of "underdog" lovers. Puh-leez. I pick winners.
