Alexis: "Mom, are you thirsty?"
Me: "I guess. Kinda."
Alexis: "Me, too. I think we deserve Starbucks."

Alexis: Loud belch "Excuse you, Cody."
*****************************************************
Alexis: "If you put your fingers in my mouth, I will bite you."
Me: "I'm not putting my fingers in your mouth."
Alexis: "Well, then . . . you should."
*****************************************************
Alexis: "It sure has rained a lot."
Me: "Yeah, it has."
Alexis: "It's time for the sun to come out and make a rainbow."
Half an hour later, it did. SHE'S MAGICAL.

It's beautiful! Someone that magical definitely deserves Starbucks.
ReplyDeleteOh I think we deserve Starbucks too! She's onto something, that kid. I tell ya what.
ReplyDeleteI was getting soaked on the lawn at Mellon when we saw the rainbow - it was beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThat is the longest, most perfect rainbow ever! Wow!
ReplyDeleteI asked my 3yr old to please hand me the baby's pacifier. He responded, "How 'bout if I do that for you you put on a movie for me? Deal?"
ReplyDeleteLOL, I think you deserve the coffee too :) how cool is that rainbow
ReplyDeleteWhat an awesome kid you have! Are you SURE she's only three???
ReplyDelete@Anonymous--You? ARE SCREWED! Good luck with that. ;-)
ReplyDeleteThe biting thing? Too funny!
ReplyDeleteAt the game the other night? The teenager tells me afterwards that one of the guys on the other team intentionally put his hand through Jock's facemask into his face.
So he bit him.
I wasn't sure if I should be appalled, or entertained.
That is beautiful! And she is magic....that's for sure.
ReplyDeleteHysterical! She's such a treasure!
ReplyDeleteAwww. I think she's magical, too. Tell her to root for the Pats this week. Denver hates us.
